The Claims Management Europe Conference was held on the 16 - 17 June in the beatiful Imperial Riding School Renaissance Vienna Hotel, gathering industry professionals from more than 30 countries from around the globe, under the umbrella of EuroEvents.
The main focus was sharing diverse and extensive industry expertise, building capacity and perfecting skills, as well as examining the latest trends, innovation in claims management process and the necessary steps to prevent a fraudulent behavior.
During the first day of the conference we made an industry overview of legal & regulatory developments and their impact on claims strategies, followed by why a clear strategy for claims management is vital for the company. We continued with case studies on cutting cost while being innovative and achieving cost efficiency with centralized approach.
The second day of The Conference was filled with case studies & experiences on detection and prevention of fraud.
Main topics were : key fraud indicators and justifying the need to invest in a fraud detection system and key insights for cyber risks & reputation damage.as well as digitization and what the future brings to the claims management process.
We would like to thank all the speakers and partners for their contribution, as well as everybody who was involved in this project and development of such a successful event. We appreciate the trust and credibility received by our attendees and participants and would be glad to see a bigger, upgraded and successful CMEC in the future as well.
