Conference Summary

Following the inaugural S&OP Advanced Analytics Conference held in Frankfurt last December, EuroEvents is pleased to invite you to the 2nd Annual S&OP Excellence Forum, from 10th-11th of September 2019 in Berlin, Germany.

Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) has undergone a resurgence in recent years, driven by a greater understanding of its impact and enabled by a number of technological advances.
There are numerous benefits to putting S&OP at the heart of growth strategies, such as increased forecast accuracy; better optimization of resources and reduced inventories; Improved lead times; better collaboration between departments…etc. However, despite growing recognition of its importance, it is stunning the number of businesses that still lack a mature S&OP process.

Join us this September in Berlin for the S&OP2019 to find out how to build an intelligent and efficient S&OP process by improving forecasting performance, leveraging technology and mitigating risk.

You will learn how to design the supply chain planning process to support business objectives; how to transition from a traditional organization to a demand-driven adaptive enterprise and hear whether or not EBP (Enterprise Business Planning) is the next logical step.

Furthermore, you can use this opportunity to network with the industry peers and to formulate new strategies and business models in order to stay ahead of the competition.

Join us in Berlin to have a remarkable experience!
