We are honored to announce that the ECM2018 has come to a great ending, In addition to the competitive environment in which insurance companies operate, these businesses are challenged by more stringent compliance with government regulations, GDPR and increasing expectations on the part of consumers. Efficient claims & fraud management is vital to the success of both large and small companies working within the insurance industry. Big components of the claims handling process include developing strategies to cut costs and reduce fraud while keeping customers satisfied and numbers on the check. This can be done by implementing innovative tools and strategies, new solutions, increasing transparency of the processes and speeding up the claims settlement process.
The ECM2018 was held in Amsterdam on the 3rd and 4th of May and has given another dimension to the current issue. The first day consisted of: a broker’s view, a CEO’s view, and lawyers view. Together alongside solution providers and underwriters, the discussions were almost endless.
Our Chairman Mr. Ulrich Werwigk guided the conference in the direction of successes, and we are very grateful for all his hard work and attitude.
The second day was lead by a fraud specialist and solution providers who delivered big time, real case studies and revolutionary AI to help fight the modern day fraudster.
Our networking area was busy all time as all participants exchanged ideas and contact, thus making our plan a realization. We at Euro Events work to connect businesses and deliver solutions to your problems.
EuroEvents would like to thank all the speakers for their participation and the high quality of their presentations, our partners and the delegates who traveled from afar to join us in beautiful Amsterdam, we will be pleased to welcome you once again next year for the 4th installment of the Claims & Fraud Conference.
