4th Annual Insurance Claims Forum

In the heart of the Cloudy city of Munich, we gathered the claims insurance experts, from all over Europe, who attended this both days conference to share knowledge, ideas, experiences and to network with their peers.
This year’s edition has brought the Digital transformation to the table to re-engineer claims to satisfy customer expectations.
Our first day started with a very useful case study from UNIQA presented by Paul Zarzara, who touched the importance of the use of AI & automation. Followed by Andreas Shell from Wilhelm, who spoke on experiencing corporate insurance claims on the insureds side with insurer Eyes and smile.
Ulrich Werwigk from Swiss Re talked about claims management in a digital environment.
During this first day conference, we had the chance to hear from diverse insurance companies, how they are dealing with claims challenges in the digital age, and use the right technologies to enhance the customer
service, and prevent frauds.
We had an interesting panel discussion about Embracing the advanced technologies, where the panelists shared their diverse opinions, and invited the audience to participate and to interact.
Going to the second day, that was fully dedicated the digital tools and the power of AI, we heard about chatbots and AI solutions from claims processing. Moreover, we learned how it is crucial to partner with the disrupter ( Insurtech ) and what benefits could bring to your company.
Last but not least, Dr. Eberhard from Munich Re, gave us a good example on Cyber claims management. And Sergey from loss adjusters had closed the conference with his case study on claims adjustment.
Both days had come to the end, we were delighted to see happy faces, and to receive good feedback from the audience, on this occasion, we would especially like to thank our Chairman Dejan Jasnic, who did a great job, and to all speakers and delegates who made this event so unique.
